    Proving You Can Build Muscle and Lose Fat While Traveling!

    In this Solosode, I share my insights from a seven-month experiment that I conducted to see if it's possible to improve body composition while traveling and living out of routine. Despite maintaining a busy schedule and limited access to traditional exercise facilities, I achieved significant improvements in lean muscle mass, reduced body fat, and lower inflammation levels. The results demonstrated that men over 40 can effectively increase muscle mass and reduce body fat through a balanced approach, even when facing travel and social disruptions, emphasizing the importance of strategic fitness routines.     In this Solosode, I share my personal experiences from my European travels with my family. Over the many days traveling through Europe with my family, I reflected on many different lessons that I learned like the importance of accountability. When you stop and take the time to reflect, you will discover the importance of maintaining fitness and nutrition during travel, including regular physical activity. Maintaining mobility and engaging in active recovery to prevent injuries is key when it comes to travel.
